MacSUB is a circulation management and subscription fulfillment database application for small to medium priodical publications. MacSUB, designed as an in-house application to run on the Macintosh hardware platform, provides an economic and efficient, real time, on-line database environment. Files are updated at time of data entry and access to all information, current and historic, is immediate.

MacSUB was introduced in 1987 and has been successfully installed at over 200 sites in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.

MacSUB represents a six year research and development effort to develop innovative software to manage knowledge — turning ordinary transactions into business intelligence — to enable publishers to act efficiently on everything they know about their customers.

MacSUB handles such functions and processes as:

      Subscription Fulfillment
      Circulation Management
      Merchandise Sales and Product Fulfillment
      Reader Service
      Circulation Audit

MacSUB can handle multiple publications in one common database, and comfortably support up to 300,000 subscribers in a multi-user environment (maximum 20 users)

MacSUB runs on Apple’s iMac, G3, G4 and G5 computers using Mac OS/9 and OS/X
